Veteran’s bankruptcies can be tricky as some funds and properties are exempt from collection efforts. When an evil debt vulture tried to take my house and empty my bank account, Rodney was there. My bankruptcy was unusual. I filed a Chapter 7 that had to be converted to a chapter 13 for prevention of a mortgage foreclosure. A mechanics lien was stripped in the Chapter 13 and when switched back to Chapter 7 there were three different judicial liens which were avoided including the mechanics lien. I never though I would file bankruptcy but I did choose Attorney Rodney Shepherd. He was very thorough and helpful every step of the way until my discharge.
